How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also see the status of every order under My Account → Orders.
Where can I find the Certificate of Analysis?
Each vial and pen carries a batch number. Send us that number through our contact form and we will send you the matching Certificate of Analysis, showing HPLC purity and mass-spectrometry identity results.
How should I store my order?
Refrigerate lyophilised peptides at 2–8 °C on arrival, away from light. For storage beyond a few months, keep them frozen at −20 °C. Once reconstituted, keep refrigerated and use within the period stated on the product page.
My parcel arrived warm. Is the product still good?
Lyophilised peptides are stable for short periods at room temperature, and our packaging is designed for the journey. If the gel packs have fully thawed and you are concerned, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will review it with you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not been packed. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, our Return Policy applies.
Do you offer bulk or institutional pricing?
Yes. Laboratories, universities and research organisations can contact us for volume pricing and invoicing on account.
Can you advise me on dosing or personal use?
No. Our research peptides are sold for laboratory use only, and we cannot give medical, dosing or treatment advice. Please speak to a qualified healthcare professional about any health question.
