Payment Policy

Secure, encrypted checkout in Malaysian ringgit, with the payment methods you already use.

Accepted payment methods.

• FPX online banking with participating Malaysian banks
• Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards
• Supported e-wallets, as shown at checkout

The methods available to you are shown at checkout and can depend on your order value and delivery address.

Currency and pricing.

All prices are in Malaysian ringgit (MYR). Any applicable taxes and the delivery fee are shown at checkout before you confirm payment. We may correct pricing errors; if an item was priced incorrectly, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel for a full refund.

When you are charged.

Payment is taken in full when you place your order. Your order is confirmed once payment is authorised, and you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and invoice.

Security.

Payments are processed by licensed third-party payment gateways over encrypted connections. Anvorel does not see or store your full card number or online-banking credentials.

Failed or declined payments.

If a payment fails, no order is created. If you have been charged but did not receive an order confirmation, contact us with the transaction reference and we will resolve it — any duplicate or unmatched charge is refunded in full.

Fraud prevention.

We may verify some orders before dispatch and may cancel and refund orders that appear fraudulent or that breach our Terms & Conditions.
