Terms & Conditions

The terms that apply when you buy from Anvorel. Please read them before placing an order.

1. About these terms.

These terms govern every purchase made through this website, which is operated by Anvorel ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order.

3. Research-use products.

Every product is sold for laboratory research use only, as set out in our Research Use Policy. By purchasing you confirm that:

• you are acquiring them for lawful in-vitro or laboratory research;
• they will not be used for human or veterinary consumption, or as a food, drug, cosmetic or medical device;
• they will be handled only by people with appropriate training, in accordance with applicable laws; and
• you are solely responsible for their storage, handling and use after delivery.

We may refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably believe these conditions will not be met.

4. Product information.

We take care to describe products accurately, including purity, strength and quantity. Product images are illustrative. Nothing on this website is medical advice, and no statement about any product has been evaluated as a medical claim.

5. Orders and acceptance.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud or misuse, in which case any payment is refunded in full.

6. Prices and payment.

Prices are in Malaysian ringgit and may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. Payment terms are set out in our Payment Policy.

7. Delivery, risk and title.

Delivery is described in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery; ownership passes once we have received full payment.

8. Returns and refunds.

Returns and refunds are handled under our Return Policy and Refund Policy.

9. Liability.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from the misuse of a product, from use contrary to these terms or the product's labelling, or from improper storage after delivery. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

10. Changes to these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

11. Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
