Shipping Policy

Peptides are temperature-sensitive, so every order is packed for the cold chain and shipped to arrive fast.

Where we deliver.

We currently deliver to addresses in Malaysia, including Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing times.

Orders confirmed by 2:00 pm (MYT) on a business day are packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm, on weekends or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

To protect product temperature, we do not dispatch orders on Fridays or the day before a public holiday when they would otherwise sit in a courier depot over the weekend; those orders ship on the next suitable business day.

Delivery times and fees.

Delivery is free on orders over RM 300. For smaller orders, the delivery fee is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by courier delays, weather and public holidays.

Cold-chain packaging.

• Every order ships in an insulated box with gel packs.
• Lyophilised peptides remain stable during normal transit times.
• Please refrigerate products at 2–8 °C as soon as they arrive.

Tracking.

When your order ships we email you a tracking number. You can also follow your order under My Account → Orders.

Failed or delayed deliveries.

Please make sure someone can receive the parcel. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or no one being available, the courier will usually attempt redelivery or hold the parcel for collection. We cannot accept returns of temperature-sensitive products that were left uncollected, but we will help you arrange redelivery.

Damaged or missing parcels.

If your parcel arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but has not reached you, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date with photos of the outer box and contents. See our Return Policy for what happens next.
